Our commitment

You will be assessed by a qualified physiotherapist & depending on the type of service you require/want, will alter the level of depth & assessment. All our physiotherapists are registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC)& Chartered Society of Physiotherapists (CSP)& each physiotherapist is covered by their own insurance with the CSP & under the business’s insurance. Any questions regarding the level of our insurance cover, please enquire via email or phone. After the examination, your physiotherapist will highlight the presenting concerns, educate you & provide an appropriate treatment. You are free to refuse proposed treatments & our physiotherapists will always work with youto ensure the treatments are specific to you & the treatment plan is a collaborative process.

Appointments will be completed on a one-to-one basis.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your appointment with less than 24-hours’ notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee, which is 50% of the total cost of the appointment. If you fail to attend your appointment without letting us know, you will be charged 100% of the total cost of the appointment.

If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may be unable to see you or may still end the appointment at the pre-determined time, resulting in a shorter session & an in-compete session for yourself. This is to ensure that appointment delays don’t cause further delays for patients later in the day. No partial refunds can be made for shorter sessions due to late arrivals.

Please note that some insurance companies do not always cover late cancellations or non-attendance which will therefore incur charges to your person/client.

Rescheduling your appointment

You can reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your appointment starts, with no extra fees, by calling us on 07940997798 or via our online booking system.
