I used Physio2U before I had a stroke. I have used them since to help me with associated shoulder issues and other stroke associated issues. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They're unique in offering a home visit service which is like a lifeline if you are housebound. Very knowledgeable, very client focused. Reach out to them if you have any injuries.

After a serious back injury, that had stuck around to become a daily obstacle, I finally decided to see a physio. I previously went to 2 physios in Carlisle that were no more than a quick massage and a chat with some crudely drawn up exercise plan that did little. After 1 session with Niki at Physio2U my back was moving like it hasn't in years. After 2 months of following her precise, progress-orientated plans and using their app to track it, I can honestly say I'm back to who I was before my injury. I would and do recommend Physio2U to anyone considering physical therapy for any injury in the Northwest of England. The price is reasonable, the customer service is delightful, and the results are miraculous (As long as you follow the exercises!

Very amenable and helpful. James goes the extra mile. Worked with my brother post stroke in a care home also teaching the in-house assistant what to do. My brother has made great progress. James is a top guy!
